Houston’s Dana Holgorsen tops the list. Russo is bullish on Geoff Collins at Georgia Tech and Hugh Freeze at Liberty, but more skeptical of Les Miles’ ability to turnaround Kansas and that Mike Locksley will be the solution at Maryland.
